The Hummer EV SUV’s 2026 upgrades focus on maneuverability and usability. GMC has added the King Crab mode to sharpen rear-wheel steering response for tighter turns, while also making suspension revisions for improved ride comfort. Bidirectional charging is now part of the package, supporting vehicle-to-home and vehicle-to-vehicle power transfer (with the proper setup). And as you’d expect from the Hummer nameplate, performance remains a core attribute: the 3X trim is capable of reaching 60 mph in about 3.5 seconds using the Watts to Freedom mode, although that feature is for track use only (its use is prohibited on public roads).
